TERMS OF USE
I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules of the Mass Youth Soccer Association, the JUFC, its affiliated organizations and sponsors. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and in consideration for the MYSA/USYSA accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities (the “Programs”).

I hereby release, discharge and otherwise indemnify the MYSA/JUFC, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the Programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the Programs and/or being transported to or from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.

The Jaguars United Football Club Payment Terms

Subscriptions
Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or the Jaguars United FC is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, the Jaguars United FC reserves the right to revoke access to your the Jaguars United FC account.

If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the Jaguars United FC constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.

No Refunds
You may cancel your the Jaguars United FC account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation; if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that the Jaguars United FC suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

Price Adjustment Policy
If the subscription price is further reduced in price within 7 days of when you purchased it, we’ll refund the difference in price when you present a screenshot of the new offer. Please note: You must contact customer service at info@jaguarsunitedfc.com to request a price adjustment while the item is still at the further reduced price. Price adjustments do not apply to “flash sale” promotions that are only available to the first X number of sign-ups. Only one price adjustment can be granted for a subscription period.

Trials
The Jaguars United FC may offer a risk-free trial subscription from time-to-time. Trials require a valid credit card to be started. A temporary authorization may be placed on the credit card to assess its validity. This authorization will be removed after 24-48 hours, but may vary by bank.

Trials may be cancelled at any time before they expire. When a trial expires, the credit card added will be charged for the plan selected at the onset of the trial. Once a charge is made, there is no refund available and the account is treated a subscription.

Promotions
The Jaguars United FC may offer discounted subscriptions from time to time. Unless otherwise noted, the promotional price is available for the first year, after which regular pricing will apply.

Currency
The Jaguars United FC offers subscription plans in both USD. The currency of a subscription cannot be changed.

Comments

Media
