TERMS OF SERVICE

Upon accepting the position offered on an JUFC, the guardian/s of player are responsible for Club fees/payment plan as agreed to on selected fee sheet and/or  online  registration,  all  team  fees  as  budgeted  and posted on team snap, all JUFC Financial Policies, parent and player are responsible to maintain all policies and conduct outlined in the JUFC Policies & Pledges.

A player will not be granted a release from JUFC until all JUFC Club and Team fees are paid in full and the player s in Good Standing with JUFC.

Club Fees: Paid to the club. Full payment or payment plan selected and agreed upon at time of registration.

Team Start-Up Fee:

$750 per player, each session (Uniform Not Included)

JUFC Uniform Kit: Full  kit  including  2  game jerseys,  1 training jersey, 2  game  shorts, 2  game socks, 1  warm-up  (jacket  &  pant), and  1  backpack; approximately $350-$375 depending on size. The kit changes every 1 year; Not in included in club fees.

JUFC/Parent Agreement Terms:

We fully understand and consent to the following terms and conditions regarding Jaguars United Football Club fees as outlined in the JUFC Fee Sheet and the estimated budget provided by each individual team coach/manager as well as JUFC membership conditions and privileges as stated in the Financial Policies and Policies and Code of Conduct.

1. We agree to register as a member of the JUFC seasonal year program 2022-2023.
2. We are responsible for the entire season’s  Club  Fees and  Team  Fees. JUFC  may, in  its  sole and  total  discretion, offer a payment plan for Club Fees and/or Team Fees however such option in no way waives any obligation for full payment of all sums due for such Club Fees and/or Team Fees.
3. We understand and agree to possible additional Player/Family travel expenses. The amount varies depending on the  mode  of travel,  hotel and  meal  expenses  incurred by  the player/family  for  each tournament  and/or league play. These expenses are the personal responsibility of each player/family.
4. Failure to pay the Club Fees and/or Team Fees by the applicable due dates established by JUFC may, in the sole and total discretion of JUFC, result in suspension of membership in JUFC in addition to late fees as set forth below.
5. I also understand that the player may be suspended from JUFC training, games and activities if payment for Club Fees and/or Team Fees is not received within 30 days from the due date set forth on the JUFC Fee sheet and/or the Team Fee payment schedule.
6. If we withdraw, are suspended or are terminated from JUFC program for any reason whatsoever, we acknowledge that we are not entitled to any refund of Club Fees and/or Team Fees previously paid, and we shall remain responsible to JUFC and the Team for the entire year’s fees.
7. If we default in payment of our Club Fees and/or Team Fees for any reason whatsoever, we are liable for all costs and expenses incurred in collecting the same, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, collection fees and court costs.
8. We understand that the selection and team placement of players shall be at the discretion of JUFC Academy Directors and Coaches.
9. We agree that the continued participation of a player is contingent upon the player and his/her family continuing to adhere to the rules, agreements, JUFC Financial Policies, JUFC Policies & Pledges and this contract.
10. We have read and agree to the JUFC Financial Policies and JUFC Policies & Pledges, available under Resources and Forms on jaguarsunitedfc.com.

Players with outstanding balances from the prior season will NOT be issued a player card for the current season until this balance has been paid in full. Players that have outstanding balances may be placed in Not in Good Standing until the account is paid in full.

If JUFC receives a returned check for non-sufficient funds or other reason, a $30 fee will be charged to that players account.

I have read the forgoing document/agreement and will be provided a copy upon request. All of the provisions of this agreement have been explained to me and I fully understand its contents, and agree to each of the above terms and conditions. I have entered to this agreement freely and voluntarily.
